Why Did Kendall Jenner Skip Out On Walking The Runway At New York Fashion Week?

According to a report from TMZ.com, Kendall Jenner was at New York Fashion Week this weekend, however, she didn’t go on the runway herself. The outlet snapped photos of Kendall on Friday night leaving the Mr. Chow restaurant in New York, going toward the Hotel Edison for Kaia Gerber’s 18th birthday party.

Reportedly, Kendall is actually taking time off from walking the runway at NYFW events, however, it’s not entirely clear why she had made this decision. Previously, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star said she deals with anxiety.

“I go in and out of having freak-outs,” Kendall explained, and for her, it’s important to just “have to chill out and be myself.” In the past, Kendall has tweeted about the difficulties of the model lifestyle, claiming that it’s challenging to go without sleep, being away from family and friends, as well as the continuous traveling.

In response to somewhat of a social media backlash, Kendall stated that she wasn’t complaining, she was merely praising the people she works with. This past weekend, Kendall reportedly had a touch of anxiety once again when she was given the opportunity to meet Brad Pitt.

The 23-year-old supermodel stated that she had just finished seeing Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, and it was “so good,” moreover, she claimed that Brad is just getting better with age. “So I was like, ‘I gotta go,'” the model joked.

When asked by Jimmy if she didn’t want to meet him, she said that she didn’t want to, because she gets too nervous. The star said she “loves him so much,” and she was just going to “leave it at that.” The 44-year-old host of the show went on to say that Kendall would probably get nervous at the chance of meeting herself.
